Pennsylvania Triathlon - Connellsville Parks and Recreation Triathlon

Triathlon Event

Connellsville Parks and Recreation Triathlon

July 19, 2014 | Connellsville, PA

300 yard swim in the Yough River, 10 mile bike through the city, and a 3 mile run on the Great Allegheny Passage trail.

“As a Connellsville Rec Board member, my husband and I did this event 2 years ago as it was the first time we were the event organizers. We did not train at all for the swim or the bike portion and both are challenging. It is a great course and you will feel so great to be able to finish. I had to walk the bike up most hills but so did a lot of others. It is a challenge and you will push yourself but the reward of completing a triathlon along with the bragging rights is awesome.”
